Business strategy

The feeling that at any moment, someone’s going to pull back the curtain, see what’s really going on and yell “Ah Ha! I knew it!” and take it all away? ????

Most of the experts I talk to feel this way. They know their industry inside and out, but they also know that many others do as well.

“What happens when my luck runs out?” ⌛️

This thought process causes anxiety and those 2 AM wakeups where your mind is going 100 miles per hour, and you decide you might as well just get up rather than laying there tossing and turning being stressed out.

What’s lacking here is a strategy.

There’s no real game plan.

You’ve been running full speed and have been successful despite yourself.

You work hard and deserve all you’ve gotten, but you also know that you don’t know what you don’t know, so you’re not sure what’s coming for you around the corner.

You’ve made it this far, so what’s next?

Time to make a plan and then execute.

???? The formula looks like this:
Vision -> Strategy -> Execution -> Review (make sure you’re on track) -> Repeat

Personally, my strong points are the Vision and Strategy portions of the formula. Most people miss these and only focus on getting things done. The hustle. Checking off “to-do’s” as if by some miracle they’ll go away (hint: they never do). They can grind it out, and they pride themselves in the amount they can do. I was here too, so I get it all too well.

If any of this sounds like you, then it’s time to re-write your story. The hustle and grind have gotten you this far, but you also know it won’t get you to the next level without burning you out (again).

Where do you fall in this pattern? ????

I’m not sure if it’s for you, but if you’re ready to step away from the grind and formulate a strategy, I’m here to help.
