What do all the best the top business owners, executives, investors, and athletes all have in common?

They all have coaches and mentors that they work with regularly.

Let’s face it, it’s easier to stay the course and follow the herd, but if that was you, then you wouldn’t be here. When it comes to fulfillment and success in life, there’s a bell-shaped curve as to the distribution of where people fall in life. If you’re looking to ensure that all areas of your life skew to the top, then keep reading. If not, then this just isn’t for you – the TV is waiting.

Look – I get it. I owned several successful businesses in Santa Barbara California in my early 20’s, and although everyone around me told me how lucky I was, I knew there was more. I’ll tell you more about my story later.

My coaching is more like focused mentoring centering around my areas of expertise in business development, lifestyle engineering, and wellness. I don’t do the work for you. That’s your job. I help give you insight and focused direction to help you obtain the life you dream about at night or while daydreaming looking out the window.

This isn’t theory – it’s a combination of education and experience that’s not only successfully been applied in my life, but also the lives of my clients. I am not someone who went to a seminar, got inspired, and created a website. This is my passion and helping business owners succeed in business and in life is my full-time passion. Your success is my absolute priority. I only work with business owners through a select application process. Serious inquiries only, please.

Questions that keep you awake at night …

You’re too smart to settle, and you know you have skills that can truly help others and skills that can make you money.

But do you ever find yourself lying awake at night, burdened with one or more of these thoughts?

  • “I work so hard, yet I don’t feel like I’m spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere.”
  • “Everyone thinks I have my shit together, but the truth is that I’m struggling to keep it all together and am just not happy.”
  • “I keep buying programs and trying new things, but just keep chasing my tail.”
  • “People think I’m successful, yet I feel like a fake… a fraud.”
  • “This can’t be all there is…”
  • “What if I’m in the exact same place 2… 5… 10 years from now?

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, confused, and feeling like you’re spinning your wheels despite how hard you’re working to only end up the same place today that you were a year ago. And worse, you know that there’s more, but it seems just out of reach despite all you do.

Take a moment to be honest with yourself. If you were to rate the following areas of your life, where are they on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best: your mind, your body, your soul, your relationships, your business, your financial wealth, your personal growth, and the amount of fun you’re having in life.

Are your numbers consistently an 8 or above in all areas?

If not, it’s time to change.

I don’t know about you, but I know I have one shot at this thing we call life and my clients and I agree that we deserve to have it all. This is your shot. Stop waiting and start living the life you deserve to live.

I specialize in working with business owners who want more life out of their life. We do this together by looking at all areas of your life currently, both your business and personal life. I’ve never met a business owner who could completely separate their work and their personal lives. I’ve met thousands who think they could – but none that actually could.

I serve as a mentor and advisor to some of the most successful people in the world.

What I Offer

Mentoring & Coaching

As your coach, you can count on me to bring the best out of you. I have over 20 years of coaching experience. It’s about knowing when to push, when to pull, and when to simply recognize the right time to be still. It’s experience.

I did my “10,000” more than 20,000 hours ago. There are many programs available out there, but if you’re looking for real results that will change your life forever, then we might be a good fit.

How do I differ?

Well, for one, I’m not just a coach. I’m a businessman who’s developed a coaching business and has spent the majority of my adult life working on both personal development and leadership. I’ve made thousands of mistakes along the way that simply can’t be learned from reading a book or taking a class.

The majority of my career has been spent working with extremely successful people to help them find strategies to better their lives. I also have spent the remainder of my day building and working on businesses I own and invest in.

I started my career in my early 20’s as a result of owning an exclusive personal training facility in Santa Barbara, California catering to some of the most successful people in the world. While others in my industry went to the beach, I met with my clients to study their success and see how I could not only apply it in my life, but also the lives of others. That’s what I believe I’m here for – to help others realize their potential and achieve their dreams (typically way beyond what they ever dreamed was possible).

That’s what lights me up. That’s why I get up early every day and that’s my purpose in life.

The School of Hard Knocks (experience), formal education, and a burning desire to learn so I can help others grow is what sets me apart from the 99% of other coaches I’ve met. This doesn’t make me better. This makes me “Me”.

Because I put so much energy into my coaching clients, I only take a few on at any given time. You’re not investing in just the time we’re together, whether on the phone, video conference, or in person, you’re paying for the countless hours I’ve spent studying, learning, and honing my craft so I can help you more effectively.

If you feel that we might be a good fit, then please schedule a discovery call with someone on my team.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, fad diets, or fast money. I believe that true success takes work and it’s my role to help you not only see the forest from the trees but also which trees you need to be watering and which trees you need to be chopping down.

I am your trusted advisor.

I currently offer the 3 following programs:

  1. Full-Year
  2. 6-Month Ramp-Up
  3. 90-Day Jump-Start

As I said above, helping business owners get more out of their businesses and their lives is my passion and as such, I pour myself into my clients, so I’m very selective as to who I work with. Assholes need not apply (you know who you are).

If you feel you’re ready to take massive action and dive into your greatness, then let’s get on a call and see if we both feel it’s a good fit. Grab a time on my calendar that works well for you here.

Elite Mastermind Groups

For some, the investment in capital and energy that’s involved in 1-on-1 coaching isn’t the right fit. For many of these people, a high-level mastermind group better serves their needs.

One of the critical components of starting and running a successful business is making sure you are not reinventing the wheel. The web is, of course, the greatest repository of information ever known to humankind. However, searching for knowledge is a tricky thing.

The first issue is that the answers we find are directly related to the questions we ask. If we are asking the wrong questions, or the un-important questions, the answers aren’t going to help us. The second issue is, it is well known that due to the way the brain processes information, we focus on those bits of information that are closest to the answer we are hoping or expecting to find. Therefore, the harder we concentrate on one or two specific responses, the more likely we are to miss obviously helpful pieces of information that are just slightly out of scope. Thus, these two concepts of asking better questions and looking at possible depots of data with an open mind, are both important and challenging to do on one’s own.

In certain times, and especially in certain professions, the idea of mentorship and apprenticeship was a key element to a person becoming an expert in their chosen area. If you wanted to make violins, you would study with a violin maker, and learn the trade until you too became a master. In today’s world, it’s different. You graduate from college (hopefully), and now you send out resumes, or you decide to start your own business. The right to determine our lifestyle is a crucial element to our society. Yet, the right to self-determination often means that we jump feet first into new situations without a mentor or guide to help us. That’s where Mastermind Groups come in.

Mastermind Groups are, at their most informal, a collection of individuals who share some sort of common ground in business and can, therefore, advise and support each other’s growth and success. Often times, due to the nature of competition, it’s necessary for members of a group to be spread out geographically. For instance, you’re probably not going to form a mastermind group with a competitor. However, someone the next state over may be more than happy to share ideas. In addition, it’s possible to form Mastermind Groups where people share the same vision and spirit, but express that in different professions.

Some mastermind groups get a little more structured, with scheduled monthly meetings, and dues that go to the person responsible for setting up and running the group. Others are strictly casual, over drinks occasionally. The ability to share resources, strategies, and such are incredibly valuable. In addition, if someone in the group has demonstrated great success in their profession and it’s the same or close to yours, you can approach that person to be your mentor.

Our next Mastermind Group is starting soon. To get more information, just fill out the application, and we’ll get right back to you.

Advisory Role

Every business needs an Advisory Board – a group of people the business owner can trust and turn to for advice.

I serve as an advisor to companies in many capacities – as a coach for the owner, the C-Suite Team, and on the Board.

Selecting a board should not only be strategic, but it should be personal. The wrong fit can make or break a company in the long-run.

If you’d like to talk to me about the possibility of me taking a seat on your Advisory Board, please fill out the contact form with more information about your business, your vision, proposed compensation, and why you want me on your Board.

I take my role very seriously and only sit on boards where I feel I can make a dramatic impact.
